Over the years I have with pride seen Terraco go from strength to strength – spearheading market trends and product development in key areas across the globe. Naturally, all the while remaining committed to our environmental focus and green image – indeed being environmentally friendly has been a key tenant of Terraco since the company’s founding in 1980.

Our cutting edge, environmentally friendly, low-VOC, APEO free interior product range, ecoLIFE™, which meets or exceeds all relevant industry standards is available in all our markets. In addition, we are continuing to push the development and market acceptance of our EIFS and ICF finishing system, ecoTHERM™, into hot climates – whereas before these systems had previously only been marketed for colder climates. Such systems, not only give long term cost savings for new and old building by reducing heat and cooling costs – but do it in style – with a huge range of decorative finishes available.

As always, we continue to run all our production units with the absolute minimum impact on the environment – according to strict ISO standards.

Bringing European top quality products to high growth, urbanizing markets remains our core strategy. In recent years many fast developing countries are seeing the need for and are embracing the concept of industrial standards. It is very gratifying for me to see Terraco regularly being invited to propose parameters for such quality standards, in many of the countries where we operate. It is our firm belief that proper industrial standards benefit everyone – architects, contractors, clients, property owners, future tenants as well as builders and material producers – helping to ensure that customers are getting the right products.
