If there are any discrepancies with the initial inspection of the substrate, do not proceed with the application until all unsatisfactory conditions are corrected.<\/p>\n<p>System Detail Review &#8211; Ensure that the follow are correctly designed and reviewed prior to commencing installation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Window and door reveals<\/li>\n<li>Parapet capping<\/li>\n<li>Bottom of walls &#8211; grade or pavement<\/li>\n<li>Penetrations &#8211; gutter down-pipes, fixtures, outlets, signage etc.<\/li>\n<li>Aesthetic features<\/li>\n<li>Expansion joints<\/li>\n<li>Abutments to dissimilar materials<\/li>\n<li>Roof \/ wall intersection<\/li>\n<li>Flashing locations<\/li>\n<li>Window sills \/ over-sills<\/li>\n<li>Roofing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Installation Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While the installation process shown here relates to a Terarco EIFS Alpha system using EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation boards, the following steps are essentially very similar when using G-EPS, XPS or MW insulation boards.
