A Modern Residential Tower with a Distinctive Façade Identity
Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Binghatti Phantom is a 44-storey residential tower designed to offer contemporary urban living in one of Dubai’s most dynamic communities. The development features 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness facilities, landscaped areas, and ground-floor retail. Its architectural character is defined by clean lines, strong geometry, and a façade that balances elegance with long-term performance.
Completion: 2025
For this project, Binghatti Developers chose Terraco’s Terralite® Trustone system to achieve a refined stone-like façade finish that can withstand Dubai’s demanding climate. Trustone provides the aesthetic depth of natural stone while maintaining lightweight flexibility and high resistance to UV exposure, humidity, and temperature variations.
The system was applied across 30,000 sqm of external surfaces, forming a key part of the building’s architectural expression.
Our Scope of Work
1. External Balcony Soffits
Terraco supplied and applied a complete build-up system, ensuring smooth preparation, consistent texture, and a durable decorative finish.
2. External Wall Finishes
The external walls received the complete Terralite® Trustone system to achieve a seamless and visually cohesive façade.
