Stucco Vintage T200 is a decorative mineral floor finish designed for interior application to give the appearance of a natural cast concrete floor. It is easy to apply and has excellent strength, abrasion resistance and durability.

A range of attractive patterns can be achieved depending on application tools and installation method. It is finished with a clear resin-based epoxy topcoat or water based acrylic topcoat resulting in an attractive sheen which is easy to maintain.

Areas Of Use

Stucco Vintage T200 is used for application on commercial floors such as offices, restaurants, shops and department stores.

Application Method

Surface Preparation:

Concrete floors should be fully cured for 3-4 weeks. Ensure that all dust, dirt and foreign matter are scraped and brushed away. All cracks, chips, voids and damages should be repaired first.

Priming
Apply Terrabond-A (1:5 diluted with clean water) or Terraco Penetrating Primer Clear as a primer prior to application of Stucco Vintage T200. On extremely absorbent, porous surfaces or under extreme climatic conditions, apply 2-3 coats of primer.

Mixing:

Add powder to resin and mix using a drill agitator for 3 minutes to get lump free paste form. Mixed material should be used within 40 minutes of mixing. Do not re-temper material with extra water.

Application:
Stucco Vintage T200 is applied with steel trowel in 2 coats. Apply first coat of 1.5 to 2 mm, allow to dry for 6 to 8 hours & sand the surface with 120 grit fine sandpaper. Apply second coat of 1- 1.5 mm with trowel & allow to dry for 6 to 10 hours. Sand the final finish with 120 grit fine sandpaper to get various patterns. Apply clear coat after 8 to 10 hours.

Stucco Vintage clear coat application:

Stucco Vintage clear coat is available in two gloss levels High gloss (HG) & Low gloss (LG). For high gloss level used Epirok TC (solvent free epoxy clear coat) as topcoat. For low gloss finish, apply Diamond Seal (water based acrylic clear coat) as topcoat.

Clean tools and equipment with water after use
