Terrascreed GP100 is a general purpose self leveling floor compound used to level concrete floors and screeds prior to application of final finish, such as carpet, tiles, wood flooring or other flooring systems. Terrascreed GP100 is a quick setting polymer modified cement based compound with excellent adhesion and strength properties.
Terrascreed GP100 is both hydraulically and organically bound, guaranteeing good adhesion to the substrate. Due to its composition and the use of precisely graded fillers, a smooth, high quality surface is obtained when leveling floors.
Areas Of Use
Terrascreed GP100 is a self leveling compound designed for leveling concrete floors and screeds prior to application of carpet, tiles, wood flooring or other flooring system.
Terrascreed GP100 is excellently suited for use on residence, office, school, department store floor.
For use in dry indoor only
Preparation of Surface
Concrete floors should be fully cured for 3-4 weeks. Ensure that all dust, dirt and foreign matter are scraped and brushed away. All cracks, chips, voids and damages should be repaired first.
Priming Apply a coat of primer prior to application of Terrascreed GP100. On extremely absorbent, porous surfaces or under extreme climatic conditions, coat a primer 2 or 3 times.
Mixing Mix the Terrascreed GP100 with the recommended water with a high speed mixer (Terraco SM 50 or SM 100) or with a hand agitator for 3 minutes until the mixture is free from lumps.
Application and Cleaning of Tools
Terrascreed GP100 is poured to surface and spread with a smoothing trowel or spreader to the required thickness. A porcupine roller is then rolled through the laid material to remove air pockets.
Terrascreed GP100 will flow out to find the correct level. The surface can normally be walked on after 12 hours.
