A key material used on the project was Terraco Decorend Fine, a polymer-enhanced decorative render offering a dual-tone finish. The system provides long-lasting protection, excellent weather and pollution resistance, and maintains colour and texture over time, making it ideal for exposed façades in the UAE environment.
Formulated with graded laminar inert extenders, lightweight fillers, special cements, limes, polymers, and performance additives, Decorend Fine combines premium aesthetics with cost-effective durability.
